Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program

for Adults and Children (PSR)

PSR is provided in a group setting for adults and children with a mental health diagnosis to help with community integration and lead a satisfactory quality of life.  

 

PSR teaches and enhances life skills for individuals who are challenged in these areas. Skill building is focused on budgeting for adults, problem-solving, nutrition education, symptom management, medication management, vocation and working skills for adults, social skills, emotional regulation and dealing with stigma.

 

The programs provide structured, scheduled activities promoting socialization, recovery, self-advocacy, development of natural supports and maintenance of community living skills.
