Nerissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Managements from the University College of the Caribbean. She is trained in customer services and in Customs related disciplines.

As the CMET Client services coordinator, she is one of the smiling faces that works with scheduling and assisting our clients. She is also the liaison for child advocates and case managers.

A proud native of Jamaica she knows what it feels lie to bask in the best sunshine, beaches, food and warmth of people who know what it means to be "irie."
