Patrick Chalmers, MS, MHC
Patrick graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor'’s Degree in Criminology. He obtained his Master'’s Degree at Nova Southeastern University in Mental Health. Patrick has been in the mental health field for over 13 years and has played a major role in effectuating personal and social change.
He has a comprehensive background in providing trainings, individual counseling, group counseling, family counseling; advocate for policy change and its’ implementation; collaborate with community stakeholders; develop new initiatives to facilitate prevention services. Patrick has ample experience dealing in the areas of substance abuse, violence, depression, anger, and parenting.
For over 13 years his life has been dedicated to assisting in changing the lives of individuals and also sustaining the change through implementing social policies.
